juneteenth

Hey there, happy Friday! Today is Juneteenth, so in lieu of a typical J-Dubs post, I'm going to take today to simply provide some external links for those of you out there who may not be familiar with the significance of today's date. If you aren't aware of why today is important, that's okay. As someone who is an advocate of lifelong learning (even my Character Trait Assessment from Yale told me so), I truly believe that you can always set aside a few minutes to learn something new. With all the shouting and shaming taking place online right now, I wanted to provide a safe space free of judgment where you can take sometime to educate yourself. We all have different strengths, weaknesses, and life skills, and we all learn at our own pace.

Have a safe, healthy, happy, and proud Juneteenth... and take care of one another.

Sincerely,

Johny
